Coming to Glory to Glory Refuge and has changed my outlook on myself and the way I see myself and the way I think about things. Also it has gotten me deeper into Christ. I now know that I can accomplish things that I never thought I would. I can become something that I never thought I could. Being at Glory to Glory showed me that through Jesus Christ I am now a CNA. I went through classes and I worked at Cave City nursing home for about 6 months. This ministry has given me rides back and forth to work and also made sure that I had a place to live and had nothing to worry about and asked for very little in return. I am glad that they have the rules set and accountability for the girls that come out of New Hope and John 3:16 and John 3:17 and any other ministry they decide to take in. I am thankful for that because without it I don't think that I would have stayed on track. The world is a very dark place. I realize coming out of John 3:16 that we are like in a bubble but, after coming out, there is no bubble and it's your heart change and that accountability that you place yourself around that keeps you in the word of God. That keeps you on the straight and narrow. That keeps you wanting to do right not wrong. I am very blessed to have Kristi, JP, Denise and Lani as my mentors. They truly showed me that they have love for me and they truly care about me. I have enjoyed my time here at Glory to Glory and learning how to get on my feet. I've become a certified nurse's aide. I have paid off my DUI and now I am able to get my license back. I have deepened my relationship with Jesus and I couldn't ask for more and I pray everyday for many more blessings to come to this ministry as it has changed my life. Jesus truly means what He says and in my heart I believe He's always telling me to focus on Him and not the storm because the storm around me can no longer touch me and the peace that He brings is truly beyond my comprehension. I am truly blessed for the people that He has placed in my life and for the things that He has brought me out of. Glory to Glory! That is what this ministry stands for.

Amanda Numbers
Hi my name is Amanda. My son and I move to Glory to Glory Refuge in August 2024, it's now the end of May 2025 and we are preparing to transition into our next phase of life. While living here I've been able to provide safety and stability for my son while being surrounded by many people who love Jesus and encourage us to continue growing in our walk with Christ every single day. The community here has welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Coming here was one of the best decisions I've made for my son and I. Praise God for leading us here.

Kelly Nolan
Hello, my name is Kelly Nolan and I was the first resident at Glory to Glory Refuge. Addiction had been my lifestyle for 21 years. In May 2023 I graduated from John 3:17, a one-year-long rehabilitation for women. I have been a Christian for 20 years but am now truly having a relationship with God. I try to bring God into all aspects of my life by prayer, daily bible reading, and mindfulness about living in a way that is pleasing to God. My time at Glory to Glory, helped me to become a better human being. Engaging in better social skills and community prayer. I became employed and was able to save funds and now rent my own home. While at the ministry I also got my driver's license after 8 years of suspension and bought a car. God is working in my life in these ways and in many more unseen ways. This ministry and all the people involved in the community of Lynn have been the hands, feet, and hugs of Jesus. Thank you to Glory to Glory and all the donors who support this ministry. I will never be able to express my gratitude in mere words. Love you all.

I am from Dewitt, Arkansas and completed John 3:17 in October of 2023. I transitioned to Glory to Glory Refuge in Lynn where I continued my walk of faith. While there I saw tremendous changes and experienced Gods favor. I quickly got a wonderful job at Farm Services Inc. with a manger who is a believer and has a family first policy. I obtained a vehicle for the very first time thanks to a wonderful Christian brother, Mr. Glenn Shephard who is a co-worker and participates in our community bible study at Mr. & Mrs. Morgans home. My biggest blessing has been my son coming to live with me for the first time in 8 years. We have found a nice home to rent in town where I work and my attends a local school. We continue to attend bible studies, fellowship with local Christians and go to local Celebrate Recovery meetings. I was blessed to have been part of the ministry and been able to receive so many blessings during my stay.
